By registering an account with an999, accessing the an999 website at an999.biz, or using any product or service provided by an999 — including but not limited to sports betting, live dealer casino, slot games, and bingo — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the an999 platform, including registered account holders, guests browsing the website, and any third party accessing content through an999's interfaces. an999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method — at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension or closure.

Each registered player is entitled to hold one and only one an999 account. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated across duplicate accounts will be void and forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your an999 account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any third party, including family members.

an999 will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from an999 and asking for your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team immediately at [email protected].

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify an999 immediately. an999 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the breach was caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

an999 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. an999 does not accept payments from payment methods that are not registered in your name.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your an999 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed on the same business day. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Before your first withdrawal, your account must have completed full KYC verification. an999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as required under its anti-money laundering framework.

Fees: an999 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside an999's control.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that was previously used to deposit into your account or that has been verified as belonging to you.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.
• an999 reserves the right to delay processing withdrawals pending completion of KYC or AML checks without this constituting a breach of these terms.
• Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

an999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

The following general conditions apply to all an999 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• an999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming purposes on the an999 platform and have no cash value unless and until wagering requirements have been fully met.

Each game and betting product on the an999 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting section. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that product.

Sports Betting: All sports bets — including cricket, PSL, and other markets — are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. In-play bets are accepted subject to platform availability. an999 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined, or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

Casino & Live Dealer: All casino games on an999, including the Ezugi live dealer lobby, are governed by the rules displayed within each game. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panel. Live dealer game results are final once confirmed by the dealer and the platform system.

Bingo: Go Goal Bingo rooms on an999 operate under the rules published in the bingo lobby. Prize pools are determined by the number of cards purchased per game. an999 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a bingo game in the event of technical failure, with all card purchases refunded to player accounts.

an999 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a system error, data feed failure, or other technical issue has materially affected the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the an999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one an999 account, whether using your own details or those of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing an underage person to access your account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the an999 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any an999 content without prior written authorisation.
• Use any an999 trademark, logo, or brand name in connection with any product, service, or communication without prior written consent.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any page of the an999 website for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of an999's intellectual property may result in legal action. an999 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, an999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the an999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or business opportunity.
• Damage to reputation or goodwill.
• Any technical failure, server downtime, or interruption to the platform outside an999's reasonable control.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

an999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to your an999 account in the twelve months preceding the claim, or PKR 50,000 — whichever is the lesser amount.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits an999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

an999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• an999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• Continued operation of the account would expose an999 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance remaining in the account — including real money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at an999's discretion. Where the closure is not due to a player breach, an999 will process a final withdrawal of the verified real-money balance within a reasonable timeframe.

an999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact an999's support team in good faith to seek resolution of the dispute. an999 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body governing an999's operating licence.
